The Pratt Destination is the wedding-only chapter of the Pratt Villas portfolio — a fourteen-acre estate built around a Carolina manor house, walled gardens, a reflecting pool, and a ballroom that seats two hundred and forty.
We host one wedding per weekend. Your families take the property from Friday rehearsal through Sunday brunch — the gates close behind you, and the estate becomes a home for the people you love most.

Most couples reserve their date 9–14 months out. Off-season weekends (Jan–Mar) and Sundays often open up inside 90 days.
Yes — we have hosted Hindu mandap ceremonies, Jewish chuppahs, Persian sofreh aghd, Nikah, and secular humanist services. Our team works with your officiant and family traditions.
We curate three preferred catering partners that already know the kitchen and floor plan. For specific cultural cuisines we welcome outside caterers from our approved partner list.
Every wedding at The Pratt Destination is a single-event-only buyout. You will be the only celebration on property.
We hold room blocks at four nearby luxury hotels and partner short-term-rental villas under the Pratt Villas portfolio for full-family takeovers.
